Attempt trade for 02/28/2002 Thursday <!/$>

This 1112.50 area should be stop for another short; but be careful, 1116.7 area is another resistance.
If it opens below 1110, then short again, target 1102 (a little support). If no sign of bounce, or 1100 is broken, watch out for more selling afternoon for next target 1090.

If opens above 1110, then it could test 1116 area before plunge and break 1110; but 1100-2 would hold.

Mid-day Update: Stop 1119.75, selling bias, target 1106 before close.

[Result: open 1113.25, high 1122.25, low 1105.75, close 1107]

Attempt trade for 02/27/2002 Wednesday <$>

Support/stop 1103, buying bias, target 1123. If 1105 is intact after midnight, move stop to 1105.75.
If 1112 is intact at Globex, this 1103-4 should be tested one more time before Greenspan's speech at 7:00AM.

Aggressive trade: can try to scalp short side with 1 pt stop for target 1106-5 only. Once target gets hit, try to reverse to buy side. (Conservative traders: Don't try short side and wait for the opening.)

Afternoon update (10:25): Stop 1122.50, ready to short in next 20 mins, short 1121, target 1113-2; then trailing; then support 1101-2, market will reverse to 1110-1111, try to short again.

[Result: Open 1114, high 1123.75, low 1101.75, close 1111.75]

Buy low, sell high. Buy side: Support/Stop 1103, buying bias, target testing 1113, if broken, testing resistance 1123.

Short side scalping: Aggressive stop 1112.25, scalp to 1104-05.

If last week's 1095 is intact, it should test 1086 area again... if broken.. then 1077 again...; if broken then watch out for more flush on Tuesday.

If the open is below 1090, it could be a bearish day. Let's see how it would open. Stop would be available in WarRooms.

Afternoon update: Stop 1097, buying bias, target 1108-1113.

[Result: Opened 1093.50 above 1090, not bearish, high 1113.50, low 1093.25, close 1109.50]

Attempt trade for 02/22/2002 Friday <$>

Market will be volatile (range as high as 1089, as low as 1073.) Expected close below 1080.
Day trade only: Try to short again above 1085-86, target 1075-73; try to to reverse to scalp buy side.

After midnight, move stop to 84.5-85.5 for short side.

[Result: Globex high 1084, open 1081, low 1074, reversed back up to high 1095, close 1091.50]

Follow-thru scenario (more likely): Stop 1094.50-1095.00 area, buying bias, target 1113.

Trading range scenario: Trading range 1101-1091. If 1102 is intact and this 1094.50 is broken, this 1090 could be tested. Even this 1095 or 1090 are tested, market still will test 1100-1 high again.

Openin Update: Opening is not strong enough. Exit stocks. This 1101-02 is resistance. Stop 1094 scalp buy side.

11:55AM Update: Stop 1095.25, sell above 1094, target 1090-91; after 1090 violation just keep 2/2 short with trailing stop for more down side.. maket could plunge all the way back to 107x.

[Result: Open 1095, low 10 rallied to 1100.75, day high 1102 intact, shorted from 96.5 stopped out 97.50, reshorted again 1094-95 with 1095.25 stop after 11:55, day low 1078.25 close 1078.75]

Trading range 1090-1072, 1100-1080. Stop 1089.25, scalp short side before 7:30 then get ready to reverse to buy side. Stop will be available in WarRooms.

Opening Update: Stop 1089.75, selling bias, target 1082, if broken target 1074-2.

10:25 Update: Stop 1077-8, buying bias, target 1092-4.

If this 1100 is broken, just watch out... there is a chance that previous low 107x be taken out before end of Wednesday.

Stop 1120.00-1121, scalp short one more time, for 6 - 9 pts.

PPI report is due at 5:30, we will be in room for PPI. Bad PPI can make sp plunge to below 1110.

Opening update: Short NVDA again.

After 7:30 update: stop 1113.25, short again.

After 9:00 update: stop 1112.25, short again.

After 11:00 update: stop 1111.75, short again.

If this 1121.50 is intact after midnight,
stop 1121.50-1121.75, try to scalp short (1/2 profit taking area is at 11116.50) for 1110-1113 testing, then reverse to buy side with 1108.75 stop for 1123-24 target.

Potential weekend 1127-30 testing.

Afternoon update: stop 1124.50 for short side.

Market should try to test Tuesday low 1102-3 area one more time before picking up the the rally again for target 1120-24 before the weekend.
Before 7:15AM, trading range 1109-1102, short at high and uy low (and try to reverse to buy side.) Stop for short scalping 1109.75, target 1103. If this stop is intact after midnight, try with 1 pt risk.

Stop for buy side: 1100, target 1120-24.

Afternoon update: Support 1113.

Support/stop 1094.50, scalp buy side, target 1105~06 before 9:00AM. For this sceario, this 1100 better be broken before 7:00AM.

About the same as Thursday's. If open is below 1080, it will plunge to 106x before a reversal up. 1086 is the important pivot.

Attempt trade for 02/07/2002 Thursday <$>

<1:30 PM Wed> Stop 1089.50-1090, selling bias one more time, target 1068.
If this 1090 is intact after midnight, stocks traders should hedge with shorting sp.
<10:40PM update> After CSCO earning report, market plunged from 1087 to 1077 and bounced to 1080. Next trade: It is going to teset 1085-7 again. If this 1087.25 is intact after mid-night, move the stop to 1087.50 and scalp to 1080.
Bounce scenario: Keep in mind we stated that market might try to bounce to this 1100 pivot for weekend, so support is 1068-1074 area for reversing to buy side, target 1097-1100 before weekend close. Possible timing for reversal up is before 8:00AM (Thursday).

Bearish weekend scenario: Will talk about it in WarRoom.

Opening Update: Short from 1088 area, target 1078.

Afternoon Update: Pivot suport 1186 if broken, market will reverse down to test 1177 target. Shorted againg from 1087-88, target 1078.

[Result: Globex high 1088.75, after opening 1083.50, rallied to 1088, then plunged to 1077.50 before 7:30AM, bounced to 1095, broken 1086, consolidate a little and plunged to 1075.50 close.]

Stop 1094.25, try short side after mid-night, next target 1078-76. If this 1094.25 is intact for Wednesday, watch out, 106x would be valid before weekend.

Morning Update: Same DMD strategy, short again 1090, target 1078.

Afternoon Update: Aggressive Stop 1089.50, short 1088+, target 1082-84 target before close.

[Result: Open 1092, High 1094.50, Low 1077.50, close 1083.25. Shorted at Globex with 10 pts profit, shorted again at morning opening, covered 1080-78, short again 1089 after 9:45 covered 1/2 at 1086-85 and 2/2 stopped out at 1090. After 11:25 shorted again at 1088 covered before close 1083-82.] - 4 trades almost 35 points profit.

Attempt trade for 02/05/2002 Tuesday <$>

Before the opening, resistance1102, little support 1094, scalp between 11001-1095. (Conservative trade: Better wait until the opening. Don't waste energy.)
If the opening is above 1098, short side be careful, sp could test 1105-6.
If opening is below 1098, 1098.75 would be stop for 1091 testing.

If today's close is below 1100 again, watch out, a down week is likely with 107x target.

Morning Update: Stop 1095, selling bias from 1094, target 1084-82.

[Result: Open 1090, high 1094.50, low 1082.25, close 1089]

Trailing stop from last Friday's short is 1126.75 now.
Resistance 1125, scalp short side, target 1116-4 testing is still valid.

This 1114 area could be the support (stop) for scalping to long, target 1135.

Opening Update: Target 1116-1114. After taking profit, try to use 1110 as support to scalp buy side risking 1 point only.

Afternoon Update: Stop 1103.75, selling bias again, target 1093-1092.

[Result: Opening at 1119, covered 1116, short scalped from 1110-1111, stopped out 1 point, afternoon 1102.50 shorted again, 1093.50 covered. High 1124, low 1092, close 1095.50]

Attempt trade for 02/01/2002 Friday <$>

Our Monday morning target 1130 was hit one day early. This bounce is too fast too much watch out for big swing.

Pull back scenario: Trading range: 1130-1120. Before 8:00, resistance 1131.50, this 1120.50 target testing is valid, if broken, 1116 target testing before closing.

More bounce scenario: testing 1136-7 before close. More detail after unemployment report.

Opening Update: Same DMD strategy,. Stop 1131.50 selling bias, target 1120.
